Antithrombotic and Antiplatelet Agents

Antithrombotics have been used for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases for 100 years. With the discovery of the mechanism of action and new technologies, more novel targeted antithrombotics and antiplatelet therapuetics are now in use. The focus of the book is to describe the status of antithrombotic and antiplatelet agents in clinical use including monitoring of these products and potential future applications.
